Proposals are requested for the furnishing of one (1) refrigerated sampler. The price quoted shall include: furnishing the sampler and ancillary equipment specified herein or required for a complete installation, including shipping, two (2) hours of training, installation guidance, and all other charges, complete as one lump sum price. The refrigerated sampler shall meet the requirements of a 5800 6712FR Corrosion-Resistant Refrigerated Sampler as manufactured by Teledyne Isco, 4700 Superior Street, Lincoln, NE 68504, or approved equal. The sampler shall conform to the referenced manufacturer’s published specifications revised to 2022. The sampler shall be constructed for outdoor installation with molded fiberglass reinforced plastic housings. All electrical components shall be housed in a NEMA 4x, 6 IP67 enclosure. The sampler shall be AC-powered (115 VAC, 60 Hz) with a minimum of 10 feet of grounded cord with a three (3) prong plug. The sampler shall provide temperature control with automatic heating and refrigeration thermostat control provided. Any refrigerant shall be non-CFC containing. The sampler shall be suited for composite sampling with such features as a peristaltic pump, liquid detection, pump revolution counter, multiple programming modes, including but not limited to standard and extended, time paced, flow paced, or external input driven. The sampler shall be able to deliver user programmable sample volumes with an accuracy of +/- 5 mL or 5% of the sample volume. The sampler should be configured for a 24-bottle setup, including twenty-four (24) polypropylene 1-liter wedge shaped bottles with caps, bottle rack, and two (2) discharge tubes. The sampler shall be equipped with 50 feet of suction line and a strainer. Suction lines shall be made of 3/8” ID Teflon®. Strainer shall be standard weighted polypropylene. The price quoted shall include a 5- year warranty.
