Specifications include, but are not limited to: o the provision of one or more armed security guards to ensure the safety and security of persons and property, and compliance with established processes and protocols for Authority offices located at 15 S. Pennsylvania Avenue, Atlantic City. 3.a Greet visitors with dignity and respect. Any visitors provided access inside the building must sign-in 3.b Provide access control and security for all Authority property and personnel. 3.c Patrol and monitor building and grounds, security cameras, exterior doors, and lobby activity; control access to the building, 2nd floor and areas beyond the lobby on 1st floor; conduct periodic vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses in security systems or procedures, such as poor lighting or inadequate or non-functioning surveillance or other equipment.; identify and immediately report security concerns, uncommon or suspicious activity; secure all entrances/exits at the end of business hours 3.d Respond to emergencies including incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, or inclement weather with calm urgency; coordinate with local law enforcement or fire department as needed.
