The scope of work is to complete preliminary and final design of a new criminal courthouse attached to the existing Morris County Administration & Records Building as shown in Modified Option 5A from the "Courts and county Administration Space Need Assessment" (SNA) report of January 2018.
Separate sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris on Friday, September 6, 2019, 10:00 AM Eastern Standard prevailing time in the Office of Purchasing, Room 517, 5th Floor, Administration & Records Building, Court Street, Morristown, New Jersey for the respective project as follows:

RFP/RFQ are available for downloading from http://www.morriscountybidsystem.com/, or may be picked up on or after Monday, July 29, 2019 in the office of Purchasing at the above address during regular business hours. The County of Morris shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source.
A WALK-THROUGH SITE VISIT is scheduled for Monday, August 19, 2019, at 10:00 AM, at the Engineering & Transportation Office in the Administration & Records Building’s 2nd Floor, 10 Court Street, Morristown, NJ. Your attendance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Respondents, and the RFP/RFQ number and title spelled out on the outermost packaging, addressed to the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris.
Proposals shall be delivered either in person, by delivery or mail at the hour designated, or previous thereto, to:
