Morris County is soliciting proposals from qualified respondents to provide for the development of an Updated Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP) in accordance with State and Federal requirements. The Hazard Mitigation Plan Update encompasses the County of Morris, including all municipal jurisdictions located herein.
Pursuant to 44 CFR Part 201.6 (Local Mitigation Plans), Morris County and its municipalities are required to develop and implement local hazard mitigation plans in order to obtain future mitigation grant funding from FEMA under the Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) program. The consultant will develop an approved multi-jurisdictional HMP update for Morris County and its 39 jurisdictions.
RFP/RFQ are available for downloading from http://www.morriscountybidsystem.com/, or may be picked up on or after Friday, June 21, 2019 in the office of Purchasing at the above address during regular business hours. The County of Morris shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source.
Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Respondents, and the RFP/RFQ number and title spelled out on the outermost packaging, addressed to the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris.
