On February 19, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, a call will be made for all bids to be submitted at this time, in person, by a bidder or a bidder’s representative. No bids shall be accepted after the designated time. Bids shall be on the proposal forms provided in the manner designated therein, and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Sealed Bid” with the Contract No. 70-20 and titled “Willows Porch Restoration, noted.
