Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent for the Morris County Park Commission on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time at the Morris County Park Commission Administration Building, 300 Mendham Road, Morristown, New Jersey 07962 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:

HVAC/REFRIGERATION SERVICE REPAIRS AND INSTALLATION

Specifications and instruction to bidders may be obtained at the Administration Building on or after Thursday, October 05, 2017, during regular business hours or on the Morris County Park Commission website at www.morrisparks.net under the “Public Bids//Vendor Registration” link. The Morris County Park Commission shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source.
Surety in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check in the amount of 10% of the total bid, but not to exceed $20,000 must accompany each bid, made payable to the Morris County Park Commission. The Successful bidder shall simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract, submit an executed Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the acceptable bid as security for the faithful performance of this contract.
Bidders shall comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq.
