Specifications and instruction to bidders may be obtained at the Administration Building on or after Thursday, August 23, 2018, during regular business hours or on the Morris County Park Commission website at www.morrisparks.net under the “Public Bids//Vendor Registration” link. The Morris County Park Commission shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source.
Bidders shall comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq.
