Specifications include, but are not limited to: (1) Complete the design of a concrete pad for the emergency generator with integral diesel fuel tank being purchased by the WRBP; including configuration and adequate space for wiring, maintenance access, railings, bollards, and elevation of the generator and integral aboveground fuel storage tank on a concrete pad (top of finished pad at least 2” above the 100-year flood plain - minimum elev. 274.00”). The final design plans and specifications shall be stamped by a qualified NH PE and be entirely sufficient for the WRBP to obtain all necessary permits, registration, and for a contractor to install the concrete pad under the direction of the NH PE. (2) Complete the inspection and testing of the diesel above-ground storage tank (AST) and associated monitoring devices and instrumentation and submit sufficient information such that the WRBP can obtain all necessary permits for the installation and compliant operation of the emergency generator package. This work shall be performed by an ICC-certified AST installation/retrofitting professional who shall provide a letter of compliance per the design plan. (3) All work shall be performed and/or designed so that all local, state and federal rules, laws and regulations are satisfied.
