Specifications include, but are not limited to: A new diamond or diverging-diamond interchange on I-93, including a new bridge over I-93. The interchange shall be designed to accommodate an ultimate 8-lane cross section on I-93. Widening I-93 to an 8-lane cross section will be done by a separate project. 2. Soundwalls along both sides of I-93 in the interchange area. 3. New 5 or 6-lane connector roadway on new location from the interchange to Folsom Road. Approximately 1 mile in length. 4. Underpass bridge for the rail-trail corridor near the North High Street intersection. 5. Widening and reconstruction of Folsom Road on a shifted alignment to a 6 or 7-lane cross section between Franklin Street and NH 28 (Crystal Avenue/Manchester Road). Approximately 0.3 miles in length. 6. Widening and reconstruction of Tsienneto Road on existing alignment to a 3-lane or 5-lane cross section between NH 28 (Crystal Avenue/Manchester Road) and NH 28 Bypass (North Main Street). Approximately 0.7 miles in length. 7. Widening and reconstruction of Tsienneto Road to a 2-lane or 5-lane cross section from NH 28 Bypass (North Main Street) to NH 102 (Chester Road). Approximately 1.1 miles in length with minimal changes in alignment and profile.
