Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Asbestos-related services 1.1 Inspection of indoor and outdoor facilities for the presence and condition of regulated asbestoscontaining materials. Asbestos inspection of buildings for the presence and amounts of asbestos containing materials. 1.2 Bulk sampling and analytical services for suspected asbestos-containing materials. 1.3 Preparation of asbestos abatement specifications and diagrams of areas to be abated. Preparation of job orders for the abatement of regulated asbestos-containing materials identifying the scope of work to be completed. 1.4 Project monitoring/supervision for compliance with all applicable State of NH and Federal asbestos standards. 2. Lead-related services 2.1 Inspection of indoor and outdoor facilities for the presence and condition of regulated lead-containing material. 2.2 Preparation of lead abatement/removal specifications and diagrams of areas to be abated. Preparation of job orders for the abatement/removal of lead-based paint or lead containing materials identifying the scope of work to be completed. 2.3 Lead Analysis/Supervision of lead abatement projects including sampling and analysis of all suspected lead-containing materials. 2.4 Air monitoring including personal air sampling for the presence of lead dust and fumes. 2.5 Project monitoring/supervision for compliance with all applicable standards. 3. Other Services 3.1 Radon Testing 3.2 Emergency Consulting Services following the release of hazardous substances such as metallic mercury in a laboratory or releases of hazardous chemicals on campus. 3.3 Conduct indoor air quality (IAQ) studies as defined by the USNH Authorized Representative or designated campus representative. 3.4 Conduct industrial hygiene studies/personal exposure monitoring in accordance with OSHA and NIOSH standard methods. 3.5 Provide consultative services for various health and safety program areas to include, but not be limited to OSHA compliance programs and training.
