Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Serve as a collaborative, creative and proactive partner with the member Institutions through transformational access and delivery of course materials while meeting individual campus requirements • Collaborate with USNH campuses to steer transformation from traditional campus bookstores to state-of-the-art physical and virtual spaces • Increase affordability of course materials for students • Ensure accessibility for all students • Provide exceptional customer experience and community engagement • Provide a sustainable business model providing the best value for all the campuses • Offer methods of partnering with campus departments such as Admissions, Athletics, Alumni, the campus groups responsible for managing the institutions’ trademarks and other intellectual property, and with institutional partners to drive sales of branded merchandise that create affiliation with the USNH institutions and create diversified revenue streams.
