Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Define and or confirm goals and success metrics– and agree on project methodology both internally with UNH and with vendor. • Meet with teams, impacted parties and stakeholders to solidify objectives and timeline, set expectations for level of effort required of impacted parties and stakeholders. • Coordinate and ‘manage’ the activities of UNH project personnel, and Vendor as needed. • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, discussions and delivery of project implementation items across work stream core teams. Act as liaison to vendor project manager, overseeing timeline and deliverables, issues and or vendor facing problems. • Act as a single point of contact for UNH management and/or Steering Committee to shed light on roadblocks and raise items for escalation/decision making. • Update project schedule(s) on a regular basis, providing reporting as needed to Steering Committee. • Conduct regular project stand-ups and status meetings; prepare meeting minutes and action item logs when appropriate.
