Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will be expected to provide on-site assistance and/or training for SDM personnel and students to ensure smooth operation of requests for services. The utilization of existing school staff, space and equipment resources must be incorporated into the firm’s operation with respect to SDM. The dental laboratory operation will provide all professional laboratory services and processes requested by SDM to operate a university dental education operation without interruption or delay in patient care. The Contractor must provide a full range of services expected from a quality dental laboratory operation, either in fixed prosthetics or removable prosthetics or both.
