Specifications include, but are not limited to: ▪ The SERVICE PROVIDER must be able to provide qualified and experienced Inspectors (Level II, III, and IV), NAQTC or WAQTC Certified Testers, and Surveyors on an as-needed basis District-wide through December 31, 2022. All required staff must be available with a minimum of one (1) weeks’ notice. The Service Provider shall show the ability to provide, at any one time, up to: Four (4) Inspectors Level IV Two (2) Inspectors Level III Two (2) Inspectors Level II Three (3) Testers A fully equipped two- (2-) person survey crew ▪ The SERVICE PROVIDER must be able to provide all required equipment on an intermittent, asneeded basis, including, but not limited to, cell phones, trucks, safety equipment and nuclear gauges needed by augmentation staff to successfully perform their duties. ▪ The SERVICE PROVIDER shall also provide a Principal Engineer (aka Project Manager) who shall be certified by the Nevada State Board of Registered Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 625, as a licensed Civil Engineer*. Principal Engineer must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience performing construction management of heavy highway construction projects that included inspection, testing and surveying. ▪ The SERVICE PROVIDER must possess at least three (3) years of experience in providing staff to oversee the administration of highway construction projects.
