Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of a full restoration of the four doors and door jambs located at the main entrance of the Carson City Children’s Museum which items shall include removal of existing doors, installation of temporary doors that are operational for public use, paint removal, loose joints re-glued, areas of missing, chipped or rotted wood to be restored with Advanced Repair Technology Products or Approved Equal. Epoxy primer, apply 2-part epoxy repair compound to areas of repair and sand into the final shape needed for restoration. This restoration will also need to be followed for the door jambs. Doors and jambs will need to be primed and two coats of paint applied.
