Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide proper professional certification issued by the manufacturer and verified by a third-party organization to confirm sufficient product and technology knowledge. 2. Perform work in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and with the Contract Drawings and Specifications prepared by the RHA. 3. All work to be performed as required by all applicable building codes. Proper installation shall meet current NEC guidelines. 4. All equipment shall be tested and configured in accordance with instructions provided by the manufacturer prior to installation. 5. All firmware found in products shall be the latest and most up-to-date provided by the manufacturer, or of a version specified by the provider of the Video Management Application (VMA) or Network Video Recorder (NVR). 6. All equipment requiring users to log on using a password shall be configured with user/sitespecific password/passwords. No system/product default passwords shall be allowed. 7. Surveillance cameras shall be named logically and in a manner that easily describes its location. 8. Provide training on the administration of all security equipment and software up to four hours. 9. Provide proper documentation for all equipment and software including: electronic user manuals or online resources where they can be obtained for all software, equipment and software support contact information, and all cameras' and NVRs': make, model, serial number, mac address, IP address and camera name (if applicable).
