Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provided enhanced 911 call routing with Callback and Addressing for VOIP 911 calls. E911 Solution must provide call Routing to all PSAPS located within the State of Nevada. E911 solution must be fully compatible with Avaya and Cisco. Solution must support both Avaya and Cisco E911 calls at the same time. E911 Solution must provide endpoint discover at both Layer 2 and 3. Must have the ability to add endpoints manually Must have notification alert features to include desktop software, Email, text or call. Solution will need provide a failover solution to meet high availability requirements. Contracted Vendor will provide 24-hour 7 day a week maintenance and support. As the State of Nevada Migrates from digital and analog devices to VOIP the E911 solution must have the ability to grow based on the Needs of the State.
