Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) is seeking proposals from licensed and qualified companies to provide uniformed security guard service to SNRHA designated sites. The company awarded a contract shall provide armed and unarmed security guard services on a scheduled and as-needed basis for various SNRHA Properties located in Clark County, NV (Henderson, City of Las Vegas and the City of North Las Vegas. The SNRHA may award one (1) or more contracts in conjunction with this RFP process, as determined in the best interests of the Housing Authority. Vendor’s proposal must demonstrate their qualifications and ability to provide this service to all SNRHA properties. So as to better understand the scope of the services the SNRHA strongly recommends that each prospective proposer research the sites indicated in this RFP, review prior issued Post Orders. Proposers may walk the site only on the designated dates and time. Type of Service: The type of security service (armed /unarmed, vehicle or foot patrol and the number of guards vary per site. The service provided and schedule shall be in accordance with the site location requirements and budget. Refer to Attachment B Post Orders for example
