Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conduct five (5) desk audits per year as determined by the Commission of contributors to the fund to ensure that correct payments are being remitted by the providers of the telecommunication service. Include pricing based on an hourly rate to conduct the audits in your response for Section 4 - COST . Verify the qualifications of applicants requesting support from the NUSF fund. Collect assessments from each telecommunication provider and deposit the funds into the NUSF. Send and retain proof of service of 30-, 60-, and 90-day past due notices to entities delinquent in filing and/or financial obligations to the NUSF. Send two written notices, 30 days apart, to telecommunication providers that have overpaid their financial obligations. If no response is received, those funds will be applied to the NUSF reserve.
