Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID or District) is requesting competitive proposals for Progressive-Design-Build (PDB) services for the design and pre-construction services of the Championship Golf Course Cart Path Replacement Project (Project). The District’s RFQ is a competitive selection process, which will proceed in two phases. Phase 1 is the Prequalification Phase in the Progressive Design Build (PDB) selection process. This phase utilizes an objective scoring methodology to rank the PDB firms. The Prequalification Phase will include the submission of each firm’s Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). The outcome of Phase 1 will be the selection of the three (3) highest-ranked PDB firms to advance to Phase 2. Phase 2 is the Interview Phase of the selection process. The District will conduct confidential interviews with the three (3) highest-ranked PDB firms. The District’s Selection Committee will evaluate each interview based on its overall merits, including the firm’s understanding of the Project, the Project’s Implementation Plan, and the quality of its presentation. The firm whose proposal best demonstrates alignment with these criteria will be recommended for award of the PDB contract.
