Activities The awarded vendor shall: Describe how the system data entry, retrieval and analysis supports the CSBG program staff and staff delivery to clients. Describe the client data tracking and case management solution in terms of hardware, software, database architecture, hosting options and components of solutions. Describe data integration features including export/import formats of system. Describe Application Program Interface (API) that you have or can interface with. Describe method used to generate updates to keep all using agencies up to date with CSBG and national annual reporting requirements. SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION FUNCTIONALITY Objective The objective of these tasks is to have the system distinguish between roles and groups. (User versus reporting user versus administrator user). Activities The awarded vendor shall: Describe audit history ability for revisions on previously entered records/services and outcomes with and without approval. Describe active directory authentication/passwords and access levels to restrict access to certain customer and outcome data. Describe how accounts, group and permissions are managed. Describe the self-service or automated capability for common functions like password resets or forgotten passwords. Explain system limits to number of users. Explain limits to number of records or clients system can hold. Describe process for transferring client record information from legacy system to new system. Describe what level of control each agency as well as the State will have. Describe how system distinguishes between roles and client permissions. Include HIPAA requirements.
