Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1 Development of internal and external advertising specifications for each of the bus types in fleet; 4.2 Design, submittal for advance review and approval to the JAC Transit staff, and production of all sales pieces (rate cards, etc.); 4.3 Sales and marketing of advertisement space for available transit assets except as otherwise directed by JAC Transit; 4.4 Solicitation and procurement of advertisers for available advertising space on JAC Transit assets; 4.5 Account management meeting industry best practices, including billings and collections; 4.6 Preparation of reports pertaining to the provision of the service on a monthly basis, including copies of all contracts with advertisers and accounting of billings and collections; 4.7 The production, supply, installation and maintenance of all advertisements. All advertising materials displayed on JAC Transit’s available assets shall be of a quality so as to maintain an attractive appearance and to withstand the elements and general asset maintenance (e.g. bus cleaning). Damaged or excessively worm advertising shall be promptly repaired or replaced if deemed necessary by JAC Transit staff; 4.8 The installation and future removal of bus interior and exterior advertisements shall be performed onsite at 3770 Butti Way. The vendor will schedule installation and removal of advertisements with JAC Transit staff in advance, to minimize both vehicle downtime and maintenance schedule disruption; 4.9 Restoration of artwork, production and painting of vehicles and other assets used in the advertising program at the end of each ad campaign contract, including placement of reflective vinyl of fleet numbers, yield signs, and logo over any vinyl wrap, should any damage occur; 4.10 Geographic advertising sales will not be permitted. The fleet is assigned based on a variety of considerations and system needs. Assigning vehicles to keep certain advertisements in certain parts of the service area will not be permitted
