Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Conduct a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Network Capacity Building Project with local TBI support groups and the statewide Brain Injury Advisory Council (BIAC), providing individual and group technical assistance, coaching and consultation to increase voice-driven leadership, self-advocacy and communication skills, along with other key deliverables as outlined in Section H. The full anticipated timeline for this project is up to three (3) years, however the term of the initial contract will be one (1) year with the option to renew for two (2) additional years upon mutual agreement of both parties. 2. The location of the project is statewide, including all Nebraska counties and communities wherein a TBI support group is currently operated, and in locations where establishing a new support group may be determined necessary and feasible to strengthen the Network. 3. The project will commence upon execution of the contract by the State and the Bidder and will end when all deliverables and expected outcomes are met to the State’s satisfaction or federal funding for the project is ended, whichever comes first. 4. The Contractor must provide all materials and supplies necessary to complete the scope of work. 5. The State will provide administrative support for meetings and other activities involving the BIAC and Nebraska VR.
