Specifications include, but are not limited to: services pertaining to maintenance, management, monitoring, and upgrades
to the existing Security and Surveillance Systems throughout the facility. In addition to a maintenance and monitoring contract, the Owner is requesting pricing from submitting
parties to provide comprehensive and coordinated updates to the existing security and surveillance
infrastructure. Security Vendor will need to examine existing systems and provide recommendations for
required upgrades to equipment and software as necessary to operate systems in the facility. Exact
performance requirements are identified under the Scope of Services Section. Security and Surveillance
Systems in the facility for which the submitting Security Vendor shall be responsible for are: Touch
Screen Controllers, Door Access/Control, Intercom and Paging, Closed Circuit TV, Security
Management, Access Control, Duress Alarm, and Software.
