Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor will provide all installation/deinstallation of equipment, perform maintenance/upgrades, and fixes as needed to provide commissary for the inmate population of the Douglas County Department of Corrections. The Vendor will provide several elements to make a complete commissary system that integrates with existing systems and applications including: a.The service must include the provision of an interface to the jail management software accounting system to track Inmate commissary expenditures and credits b.Orders are to be electronically processed and funds immediately electronically deducted from the Inmate's trust account at the time of delivery. The Inmate should be given immediate notice of remaining trust account balance. c. The Vendor must have adequate staffing able to respond with onsite support to any issues that arise within four (4) hours during normal business hours Monday-Friday. d. The vendor is responsible for all updates to software and equipment purchased by the vendor during the duration of the contract. Software and hardware must be kept current. e. Food and beverages products offered must be nationally known brand quality or approved by the Director of Corrections or designee.
