Specifications include, but are not limited to: i. Review and assess how CFS is currently organized; ii. How information is gathered and decisions are made; iii. How decisions are documented; iv. Is CFS staff capturing the right information; v. The role of CFS case managers’ supervisors; vi. Identification of current strengths that can be used to build upon or be maintained; vii. Evaluation of current processes that include identified issues of concern, gaps in policy and procedure, and areas for improvement; viii. How information is used in decision making; ix. How performance is measured and accounted for; x. Fiscal Responsibilities; xi. Maximizing federal funding sources through referral processes; and, xii. Review and assess key performance indicators used by CFS.
