Specifications include, but are not limited to: System Installation - Fully installed, Contractor hosted, cloud-based golf software that includes all associated costs to achieve a fully functional, accepted system. Includes costs to perform functions such as, but not limited to, collection of and importing data, configuration, preliminary on-site installation, implementation, testing, licensing and technical support. System Hosting – Continuous access to the software on the cloud-based system and provide latest updates/upgrades. Annual Support – ongoing technical service support 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week, 363 days per year. On-site training – Training at Owner’s designated golf location(s) for two (2) consecutive, 8-hour days total, all travel expenses, trainers’ fees, educational materials and necessary items for the event. Site/Terminal License – Includes all fees for utilization of all terminals at each site location (only if applicable).
