Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The vendor’s CMS solution shall support case management for the following types of cases: a. Board of Mental Health, Felony and Major Crimes, Juvenile Dependency, Juvenile Neglect - Education, Juvenile Neglect, Juvenile Delinquency, and Misdemeanors 2. The system license structure shall not be restrictive so that abandoned sessions do not count against the number of available licenses. a. Provide details regarding auto sign off functionality. Is auto sign off required? b. Provide details about the systems availability to keep users logged onto a session with little/no activity for a specific number of hours. ; The system shall support the DCPD’s need for a secure system to maintain confidential electronic Case Management records. a. Describe ability to submit case details in secure manner using the proposed CMS. b. Describe ability to store case file information in a secure manner using the proposed CMS. ; The system shall be browser-based and developed for high-demand processing. The CMS solution shall be able to support 100 concurrent users and scalable so that it can support DCPD staff growth at a rate of 50% growth in the number of users over a period of 5 years. a. If benchmark testing has been run on the proposed solution provide any information on the throughput and where latency, if any, occurs based on number of users actively working on Cases on the system.
