Specifications include, but are not limited to: Reconstruction project, including grading, gravel, pl. mix surf., seal & cover, drainage, signing, pavement markings, ADA, storm drain and water main on the Westby - West project Sheridan County. The project begins 8.0 miles west of Westby on Primary Route 30/MT 5 at RP 15.6 and extends east approximately 8.5 miles to RP 24.1 at the Montana/North Dakota Border.
