Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor/Vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to produce approximately 2,300 tons of Commercial Plant Mix material on an “as-needed-basis” throughout the duration of the contract. Contractor/Vendor must be capable of supplying all Commercial Plant Mixes (including valid mix designs) found on the Quantity Sheet. Vendor must provide unit prices for all Bid Items found on the Quantity Sheet. Provide Commercial Plant Mix material Monday through Friday, with the exception of state observed holidays. The Commercial Plant Mix will be picked up between 6:00 am and 4:00 pm. The Department will provide the haul trucks and pick up the Commercial Plant Mix at the Contractor’s/Vendor’s plant.
