Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. CARRIER LIFTING FRAME 1.) The carrier handling system shall carry a rating of not less than 8,000 pounds manufacturer’s rated capacity and shall be capable of lifting ten (10) cubic yard front load containers. 2.) The lift frame weldment shall be fabricated of 2ea side tubing of 6” x 3” x 3/16 steel tubing with a tapered channel reinforcement permanently affixed to the lower surface of each lift arm and two crossmembers, one (1) fabricated from 6” x 3” x .19” steel tubing and one (1) fabricated from 5” x 3” x .19” steel tubing. 3.) The lift frame weldment shall have one (1) fork carriage support permanently affixed to the upper surface of each lift arm to provide additional stability to the fork carriage when it is placed in the transport position. 4.) The lift frame weldment shall have the catch weldment portion of the fork carriage safety latch affixed to the street side (left hand) left arm. 5.) The lift frame weldment pivot points will have two (2) bronze bushings per point. B. CARRIER SUPPORT FRAME 1.) The carrier support frame will be of an “L” shape/design configuration with two horizontal tubes of 3” x 5” x 3/16” steel tubing and two vertical tubes of 3” x 6” x 3/16” tubing. 2.) The horizontal beams will have three crossmembers of 2” x 4.5” x .19” steel channel, two supporting formed yoke plates of 3/8” material per junction that also serve as an anchor point for the barrel end of the 4” x 32” lift cylinder.
