Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Misdemeanor Probation/Supervision a) Pursuant to MCA 46-23-102, Provide client supervision services for up to 65 BAMTC participants per year. b) Probation officers must be certified through the Montana Law Enforcement Academy according to state statutory requirements. 2) House Arrest/Electronic Monitoring/GPS a) Provide house arrest/ electronic monitoring and GPS to BAMTC participants. Monitoring is administered through sanctions placed on participants by the BAMTC Judge. 3) Drug and Alcohol Testing a) Provide a minimum of (2) drug and alcohol testing services on an individual basis to BAMTC participants. 4) Home Visits a) Provide one surprise home visit per month to each BAMTC participant. 5) Reporting Requirements a) Participant services will maintain probation, house arrest/electronic monitoring, drug and alcohol testing, and home visits information in the DCCM data collection system b) Maintain all files relating to BAMTC participants while under the jurisdiction of BAMTC. c) Attend Wednesday weekly BAMTC staff meeting and court hearings. 6) Consideration/Payment a) Funds dependent on grant renewal/funding. b) (1) year with option for renewal of (4) additional years. c) Participant will cover cost of probation/supervision services, billed on a weekly basis. d) Participant will cover additional drug/alcohol testing. e) BAMTC will cover cost of (2) drug/alcohol tests per month. f) BAMTC will cover cost of (1) home visit per month.
