Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform baseline/annual audiometric testing and hearing conservation testing and training of all MDT employees enrolled in the hearing conservation program as outlined by CFR 1910.95. Testing and training must be mobile and available statewide to all MDT District division offices, Area locations and the Helena headquarters complex per the specifications listed herein. The successful Contractor will conduct audiometric tests, evaluate test results and provide reports to the Helena and District offices as well as individual reports to all employees tested including those that have a threshold shift or are referred for further evaluation. Tests must be conducted by CAOHC-certified audiometric technicians or licensed audiologist. All work performed under this contract must be conducted in accordance with OSHA hearing conservation program standards (OSHA 1910.95).
