Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor must provide security services at Spring Meadow Lake State Park, 2715 Country Club Rd., Helena, MT 59601 Contractor will be responsible for daily unlocking and locking of Park entrance gate April 15- October 15. Gate opening (unlock): Completed daily (April 15-October 15) ½ hour before sunrise or by 6:00 a.m. the latest. Gate closing (lock): Complete daily (April 15-October 15) ½ hour after sunset or by 10:00 p.m. the latest. If visitors are present, contractor must politely state gate hour, hand them a Montana State Parks information card, state that they must leave immediately, lock gate after visitors exit the Park. If vehicle and no visitor’s present, record license plate, vehicle description, date/time in daily log. Leave information card under the vehicle’s windshield wiper. Lock gate as you exit Park. Information cards will be provided by Park Manager. Report Emergency situations to Sherriff’s Department/Park Manager. Contact Park Manager/Game Warden with any suspicious activity, problems (belligerence or failure to leave the Park), concerns, or violations in the Park. Contractor will keep daily log of vehicles locked in Park after hours and any other after hour activities. Contractor will conduct one drive-by patrol once Park is closed (between 11:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m.). Spotlight beach area if available to discourage nighttime use and vandalism. Contractor will provide Park Manager with cell phone number and email address. Contractor must invoice for payment at the end of each month. Also, a copy of the daily log should be included with the invoice.
