Specifications include, but are not limited to: Operate call center reservation services during the hunting season for up to 45 Block Management Areas (BMA) beginning August 22, 2019 through May 31, 2020 using the state-owned toll-free number that will be provided. FWP will provide information regarding these areas, such as: directions to the areas, number of acres, dates they are open for reservations, and how each property takes reservations. Some properties will require reservations taken one week in advance, some are two weeks, but most are open August 22 for reservations. Answer telephone calls from hunters and accept reservations to hunt on a specific Block Management areas across Montana. Vendor will not collect any personal identifiable information. Have capacity to handle hundreds of calls at one time for the first two weeks of reservations and to have capacity to allow hunters to self-select various regions. Agents must be professional, courteous, keep personal opinions to themselves and speak and understand English clearly. Keep a log of all calls by date and time; all calls must be recorded and can be retrieved and provided to FWP contract liaison in a timely manner as requested. Contractor will be entering specific dates and information from hunters. There will not be anyone taking messages or returning calls. Keep records of all calls and recorded calls-archiving for not less than one year.
