180020 - OEM Ford Parts and Repair Services

The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is requesting quotes from an authorized dealer and service provider for the purchase of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Ford parts and certified repairs to be ordered as-needed for a term of two years for Detroit Metro and Willow Run Airports. Delivery of parts required no later than one calendar day after ordered. The Respondent (Contractor) must be Fleet certified being able to repair up to but not limited to a Ford F-550 chassis. Contractor must have a certified repair facility located within 15 miles of Detroit Metro Airport (703 W. Service Drive, Detroit, MI 48242) as indicated by Google Maps, etc.
SCOPE OF WORK:  The Contractor shall also be responsible for the following:

1. Contractor shall deliver parts to the Airport Authority within one calendar day after ordered, unless otherwise pre-approved by the Airport Authority.   
2. Contractor shall provide OEM Ford parts and OEM certified repairs for the contract term.
3. Contractor must perform Ford authorized repairs at their location only and is not allowed to send vehicles to any other repair facility, unless pre-approved by the Airport Authority.
4. All repairs shall have a minimum of a one (1) year warranty.
