Proposals are being solicited for the purpose of contracting for a full-service benefits consultant. Services will include but are not limited to strategic planning, negotiation of insurance programs, procurement of insurance products, recommendations on plan design, assistance with plan administration, and cost and trend reporting of the Wayne County Airport Authority’s (Airport Authority) benefits program. The Airport Authority currently offers medical, dental, optical, life, disability, and supplemental insurance programs for its employees. The contract will be for a term of three (3) years with two, one-year renewal options exercisable at the sole discretion of the Airport Authority, through written notice from the CEO.
