Summary of Specifications:
The Village of Lake Orion Downtown Development Authority is seeking proposals for a person or company to perform the following work:
Removal and disposal of all trees and vegetation located within 29,800 sq. ft. or 0.7 acre at 215 South Broadway Street (Lake Orion Lumber). See attached map for specific area. Please note that some trees will remain in place.
Tree stumps may remain but shall be cut to within 6” of the ground.
All branches, tree trunks, and brush must be removed from site.
Removal of all trash and other debris from specified area and provide for legal disposal of all debris and material- this may include but is not limited to wood piles, scrap metal, pieces of concrete, dilapidated 10x10 structures, and other miscellaneous debris.
The contractor shall provide his own equipment, labor, and materials necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities.
Scheduling and sequencing of the work must be provided to and approved by the Lake Orion DDA Executive Director prior to beginning work. Any need for dumpster or other equipment placement on site must also be coordinated at this time.
Statewide
