There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall, 301 Washington Avenue, Room 317, Bay City, MI 48708. This meeting must be attended in order to submit a bid. Bids will not be accepted unless bidder has attended the mandatory pre-bid meeting and signed the official attendance sheet. Vendor names must be clearly visible on the external continer of submitted bid package and match the vendor name entered on the offical attendence sheet
