Sealed proposals entitled, "Tree Care and Removal Contract" will be received at the office of the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, MI  48009;  Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at 2:00 pm after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
 
 
 The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from Forestry Contractors for the maintenance, care and removal of trees, stumps, brush chipping, and block trimming located along city right-of-ways, parks and other public properties. 
 
The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info.
 
 
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
