The City of Troy desires to engage the services of a Firm to direct and oversee the operations and maintenance of the Troy Tennis Facility located at 3400 Civic Center Drive. This will include assuming primary responsibility for the operation of the Tennis Facility, to include the fiscal management coordinated with the City of Troy Recreation Department scheduling of tennis courts, instructions and clinics, and supervision of the entire Tennis Facility and the Firm’s staff.
