The City of Taylor Central Purchasing Division is requesting a quick quote on behalf of the Taylor Sportsplex as
specified below. Contract Term will be from date of award ending December 31, 2019.

Project Location: Taylor Sportsplex 13333 Telegraph Rd Taylor, MI 48180
Specifications
· 24-26 weeks of weekly Grass cutting; with edging/trimming; parking lot and sidewalks picked up/swept up
of any debris/garbage
o Every other week weed & rake mulch beds to keep them looking fresh and continue to trim any
shrubs & trees around the building
· April 2019 - Spring clean up
o Clean up of all the beds & around the building of leaves/debris
o Parking lot picked up/swept up of any debris/garbage
o Trimming of all the landscaping grasses and any shrubs & trees around the building
· May 2019 - Fresh mulch & flowers
o 50 yards of mulch to be lightly spread in all the beds, mulch provided by the City of Taylor
o 30-40 1 gallon containers of flowers provided by the City of Taylor and planting location is to be
determined by the Taylor Sportsplex
o 20-25 trees around the building old mulch dugout & mulched correctly per agricultural standards
(currently the mulch is to high up on the trees)
· November 2019 - Fall clean up
o Leaves picked up from the mulch beds and around the building
o Flowers pulled from beds
o Trimming of all the landscaping grasses, shrubs & trees around
