Description

Bathroom Remodel
Reinforce (or replace, if necessary) floor joists in bathroom as needed.
Install new vinyl flooring and any necessary subflooring throughout the bathroom area.
Install new appropriately sized tub, surround and faucet (if necessary) to current code. Faucet should be Moen or equivalent.
Remove existing window in shower and close in as wall space.
Replace any additional wall materials and insulation removed as part of the mold remediation. A minimum of 2’ starting at ground level will be removed and perhaps more depending on the level of mold contamination.
Install bathroom vent with exhaust vented to exterior of the home.
