RFP - SCSGC Restaurant - St. Clair Shores Golf Club Food and Beverage Operations

The City of St. Clair Shores (SCS) is seeking a food & beverage contractor to provide service at the St. Clair Shores Golf Club. Each Bidder must clearly identify their knowledge of food & beverage operations, food safety practices, serving alcohol & liquor law, contract relations, customer service and demonstrate financial stability. A contract will be negotiated with the successful bidder.The proposed term of the contract shall be five (5) years from the effective date of City Council approval with an option to extend for five (5) additional one (1) year periods through mutual consent and under the same terms and conditions. Interested parties may also submit longer term proposals for our consideration.
