A mandatory pre-bid conference for this project will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the Nichols Arboretum Amphitheater. The amphitheater is located inside the arboretum between the Dow Prairie and River Landing. Attendees can enter through the Nichols Drive gate and park along the lower service drive. Please note this is an outdoor meeting that will be held rain or shine. Failure to attend the meeting and sign the ITB No. 4633 sign-in sheet at the pre-bid meeting will automatically disqualify a bidder from submitting a valid bid. Any bid submitted by a party not attending and signing the roster at the pre-bid meeting will not be opened or considered. Administrative and technical questions regarding this project will be answered at this time.
