The proposed project is for the construction of a Welcome Center Building with restrooms within the
boundaries of Lions Park located off Superior Street across from the Downriver Central Animal Control.
Work will include the construction of a new masonry building with restrooms and amenities for the dog
park and to include concrete sidewalks and building pad. The anticipated start date is 9/2/2019 and
substantially completed by 11/15/2019 and final completion by 11/29/2019.
