The Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner’s Office (COUNTY) operates and maintains number of facilities within Oakland County that require solid waste disposal services. In addition the County operates three wastewater treatment plants that require sludge, screenings and grit hauling and disposal service to designated landfill.
The County intends to award a three -year contract with the option for an additional two years for waste disposal service. The contractor shall be responsible to provide all labor and material for proper disposal of all solids waste. The scope of services shall include, but not limited to, providing all containers, deliveries, transportation and disposal for Solid waste, Construction and demolition debris, and recyclable material.
