The Township is seeking proposals for a single waste hauler to provide solid waste, recyclable materials and yard waste collection and disposal services, bulk pick-up, household hazardous waste disposal and other services in accordance with the Ordinance and Contract Documents to all residential dwelling units of generation in the Township. The term of service is to begin on January 1, 2019 and end December 31, 2021, followed by a three (3) year Contract renewal at the sole option of the Township.

Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed and opaque envelope directed to the Township Clerk, Charter Township of Chesterfield, 47275 Sugarbush Road, Chesterfield, Michigan 48047. The notation, “BIDS FOR 2019 SINGLE HAULER WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL PROGRAM” shall appear on the outside of the envelope containing the bid, together with the name, address and phone number of the bidder. One (1) original and ten (10) copies of the detailed bids, properly labeled as to originals and copies, must be received by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 31, 2018.
