Description

Oakland Schools is requesting proposals for the manufacturing of a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEMi) custom 53’ semi-trailer to house a mobile high tech learning lab. The mobile classroom will be used by Oakland Schools Intermediate School District to deploy at multiple K-12 school districts throughout Oakland County Michigan to generate interest in science and robotics and to provide access to specialized equipment that is not available at their home school. The custom trailer shall be fully self-sustained and built per the plans and specifications provided herein. Associated maintenance, transport, and operating requirements will be evaluated on a value added basis to determine the best overall solution for the District.
