Schiffer2020 - Schiffer Park Improvements

Project consists of site improvements to Schiffer Park:

1. Coordination of demolition and removal by Others, if not complete upon mobilization;
2. Protection of existing tree and concrete planter throughout all phases of work; hand or air-spade excavation as required;
3. Protection of existing adjacent building and foundations throughout all phases of work;
4. Coordination of site staking and layout by Owner’s engineer;
5. Utility work including water and sewer;
6. Site electrical and lighting;
7. Earthwork;
8. Find grading and drainage;
9. Base preparation;
10. Concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and alley paving;
11. Cast-in-place concrete walls, foundations, grade beams, and footings;
12. Utility bollards;
13. Asphaltic roadway;
14. Framing and decking of multi-level wood deck;
15. Coordination of cable railing at deck by Others;
16. Coordination of metal planter/bench installation by Others;
17. Paver-grate installation;
18. Coordination of sand set paver installation by Others;
19. Coordination of tree, turf, and perennial planting by Others;
20. Irrigation;
21. Installation of drinking fountain;
22. Installation of signage;
23. And other work as described in the Contract Documents.
